The Board cannot accept a renewal application more than 90 days prior to your expiration date (45 days for Home Inspectors, Firms and Branches). You must check the online licensee and firm search for your expiration date prior to renewing. Once a payment is processed, A REFUND MIGHT NOT BE PERMITTED.
Renewing online is a two step process. (1) You pay for the applicable renewal and then (2) complete and sign the AdobeSign© renewal form.
When renewing online, make sure you select the correct renewal type and penalty fee, if applicable. If the amount paid is incorrect, it may affect staff's ability to process your renewal. Fees are non-refundable. Please consider this when submitting your payment.
If online payment and completed online renewal form are not received electronically prior to 11:59PM (MST) on your expiration date, your renewal will be considered late and you will be responsible for the penalty fee.
