Land Surveyor State Specific Exam Application
To complete application, please:
- Complete all questions, sign and date.
- Include a signed check or money order in the amount of $100.00 for the application fee.
- Military status form
- Include verification of passed FS and PS exams
- Request Official college transcripts be sent to the Board, if applicable
- Request up to Three (3) Certificate of Experience forms
If you are applying with an NCEES record, request to have it transmitted to the Board in lieu of supporting documents (transcripts, Certificate of Experience forms)
