Respondent signed and sealed engineering plans that were prepared by a non-registrant and who was not Respondent's bona fide employee in violation of A.R.S. § 32-128 (C)(4) as it relates to A.A.C. R4-30a301.Respondent Firm engaged in the practice of engineering by providing sealed and signed engineering plans on or about May 16, 2016, after Respondents Firm's registration expired on June 30, 2015 in violation of A.R.S. § 32-121 and A.R.S. § 32-121 32-141. Respondent aided and abetted the unregistered practice of, or knowingly combined or conspired with, Manuel Torres, a Non-Registrant, and with Respondent Firm while the firm was unregistered in violation of A.R.S. § 32-128(C)(3).
