The HIRSC updated the Home Inspector Report Checklist Supplement at its November 19, 2019 meeting and moved to send their recommended changes to the Board. The Board motioned and accepted the HIRSC's recommended changes at its December 10.  2019 meeting. You can find the updated checklist below.
