Board Meetings

All official Board meetings are held on various Tuesdays of each month at the Board's office unless otherwise noted. 

All locations, dates, and times for official meetings scheduled are tentative, unless notice is posted here. Click on the meeting date in the calendar below to view the Board meeting venue, call in information, date and time.  (call the Board's office to confirm information).

Meeting days are generally the fourth Tuesday of each month, but are subject to change. Please check website often for changes.

No Board meeting materials are available for public inspection until after the Board meeting and are subject to confidentiality statute and rule.

Notice of meetings in accordance to A.R.S § 38-431.02.  

Board staff posts meeting agendas on its website, the AZBTR’s lobby (suite 240) and the meeting board located in the main entrance of the ADEQ building (1110 W. Washington St. Phoenix AZ 85007) in accordance with 38-431.02. The Board suggests reviewing any meeting agenda before requesting a Google Meetup invitation.

Please note that all meetings are recorded and the recordings posted on the Board’s website within three working days after the meeting in accordance with A.R.S. § 38-431.01(E).

All Board meeting notices and tentative agendas for AZBTR are posted on this website. The Final Agenda is posted more than 24 hours before the start of the meeting.  Hard copies of meeting agendas can be found in lobby of the Board of Technical Registration, as well as on the 1st floor billboard, in the lobby of 1110 W. Washington, Phoenix, AZ 85007.

Concerns Relating to Meetings held at the Board and COVID-19

At this time, the Board will proceed with all scheduled public meetings and the public is still welcome to attend in person. However, COVID-19 may prevent those otherwise wishing to attend from doing so.  The Board is therefore allowing individuals to attend remotely to ensure the publics’ right to attend and listen to the Board’s deliberations and proceedings per A.R.S. § 38-431.01(A) and A.R.S. § 38-431(4).

The Board utilizes Google Meets for its remote meetings. The Google Meeting information for a Board Meeting is located on the Board Meeting Calendar (it is removed after the meeting). 

In order to maintain a cohesive meeting, the Board asks that those wishing to participate remotely (as opposed to only attending) make Board staff aware in advance.
