Payment of fees shall be in United States dollars in the form of cash, check or money order; however, if a check is returned for insufficient funds, repayment, including payment of the returned check charge, shall be made in cash, money order or certified check.

**As of January 1, 2015 the following fees went into effect:
Renewals for Architects, Assayers, Engineers, Geologists, Land Surveyors, Landscape Architects will be $225 for 3 years.
Renewals for Home Inspectors, Drug Lab Supervisor, Drug Lab Worker, and Remedation Specialist will be $75 for 1 year.  
Firms (Excluding Alarms) will be $50 per year.
Fee Waiver
A registrant who retires from the active practice of architecture, assaying, engineering, geology, landscape architecture or land surveying or who is not currently practicing architecture, assaying, engineering, geology, landscape architecture or land surveying in this state may request that the Board place the registrant's certificate of registration on inactive status. The registrant shall submit the request on a form prescribed by the Board.

No application fee refunds will be allowed after the application has been assigned an application number and processing commences.


Delinquency Penalty

Certificates of registration or certification are invalid after their expiration date unless renewed by payment of the required renewal fee.  If an individual's renewal fee is not paid prior to the expiration date, it shall be accompanied by a penalty fee equal to one-sixth of the renewal fee for each year or fraction of a year of delinquency.


Effective as of July 8, 2014, there will no longer be an AIT designation.
