Respondent used a cancelled certificate of registration when he signed and sealed plans for the Greenhouse project at 2232 N. Forgeus Avenue in Tucson, AZ in violation of A.R.S. § 32-145(4). Respondent, a non-registrant, illegally used a registrant's seal when he signed and sealed plans for the Greenhouse project at 2232 N. Forgeus Avenue in Tucson, AZ in violation of A.R.S. § 32-125(D).
