Pursuant to ARS 32-4801(A)(3), ' Each licensing authority shall: post on its website all final decisions, orders and actions the licensing authority takes not later than five days after the meeting and retain this information on its website for at least three years but not more than five years.' The conduct alleged in the Findings of Fact constitutes grounds for discipline pursuant to A.R.S. § 32-128(C)(4) as it relates to A.A.C. R4-30-301(1), in that Respondent failed to disclose material facts requested in connection with his application for home inspector certification. The conduct alleged in the Findings of Fact constitutes grounds for discipline pursuant to A.R.S. § 32-145(5) in that Respondent presented false information to the Board with intent to obtain a certification as a Home Inspector.
