Respondent's conduct alleged above constitutes grounds for discipline pursuant to A.R.S. §§ 32-128(C)(4) and 32-150, by a. Violation of the statutes governing land surveyors; and b. Failure to comply with a final order of the Board, by not paying the remainder of his civil penalty and by failing to complete his peer reviews.
Respondent failed to respond to disagreement of monument corner position and anticipated a conflict over boundary with another registrant. Respondent set temporary bench marks with a capped rebar close to a property corner. In violation of A.R.S. § 32-128 (C)(4) and A.A.C R4-30301(6) (13).
