Respondent engaged in engineering through an unregistered firm. Respondent failed to use a seal appropriate for the Respondent’s registered branch of engineering. Respondent failed to file with the Board an imprint of seal, original signature and affidavit regarding use of seal. Respondent Firm engaged in practice of a Board regulated profession without firm registration. In violation of A.R.S. §32-128(C)(2), A.R.S. § 32-128(C)(4) as it relates to A.A.C. R4-30-301(6) ,A.A.C. R30-301(4) and A.A.C. R4-30-303(B). In violation of A.R.S.§ 32-125(A) and A.R.S. §32-141(A).
