Respondent engaged in the practice of architecture through a firm that was not registered with the Arizona Board of Technical Registration in violation of A.R.S. § 32-141 (A). Respondent failed to maintain a currnet address and telephone number with the Board in violation of A,R,S. § 32-128(C)(4) as it relates to A.A.C, R4-30-301(15).
