Respondent designed construction plans outside the exception in A.R.S. § 32-l 44(A)( 4), which requires that the square footage be less than 3,000, and that the occupancy load be less than 20, The construction plans show the square footage to be 1,816, but the occupancy load is 25 in violation of A.R.S.§ 32-141(A) and§ 32-144(A)(4). Respondent engaged in the practice of a board regulated profession by designing construction plans without firm registration or under the authority of a registered principal of the firm. Instead, Respondent contracted with a registered architect outside his firm, Karen Shakman, to seal the plans in violation of A.R.S.§32-141(A). Respondent operated a non-registrant firm that practiced and represented on its website and YellowPages,com profile an ability to perform architectural services in violation of A.R.S.§ 32-145(1)-(2), § 32-10l(B)(7), and A.A.C. R4-30-101(17).
